Welcome to Woodgate Primary Academy

We are a small school situated in a beautiful location adjacent to Tilgate Forest on the edge of Pease Pottage village. We currently welcome 130 children to school each day. Our six woodland animal-themed classes, including our nursery, reflect our commitment to creating an engaging and imaginative environment where every child can thrive. Our approach is holistic, ensuring that each pupil's journey is rich, broad, and tailored to their individual interests and needs.

We are passionate about designing a curriculum that fosters a love of learning and encourages curiosity for all pupils and are committed to helping our children make meaningful connections, build essential skills, and gain the knowledge they need to navigate and contribute to the world with confidence and enthusiasm, ready for their next stage of learning.

This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils. We have high expectations for our whole community, we believe in "learning together to be our best".
